Breeze through the TA10 Fittings and Contents Form with Homey
The TA10 Fittings and Contents Form tells the buyer exactly what's staying in the property and what's leaving with the seller — everything from carpets, curtains and light fittings to kitchen appliances, garden sheds and TV aerials. On paper it's a long grid of tick-boxes (included, excluded, or not applicable) across dozens of individual items, and it's easy for sellers to rush through it, tick inconsistently, or forget items altogether — leading to disputes with buyers right up to completion day.
Homey replaces the grid with a simple, room-by-room walkthrough. Instead of scanning a dense table, sellers are asked about each category of item in plain language, with sensible defaults and the option to flag anything they'd like to sell to the buyer separately at an agreed price. Items that clearly don't apply to the property (like a garage that doesn't exist) can be skipped automatically, and everything is saved as the seller goes, so the form can be completed in one go or picked up later.
Once every item is accounted for, the form is finalised the same way it would be with a solicitor in the room: with a secure, built-in e-signature field, letting sellers sign off directly in the app for a fully executed, conveyancer-ready TA10 — no printing, scanning, or posting required.
