Earn Rewards, Redeem Instantly - Professional User Wallet System
Previously, tracking referrals and rewards was manual. With this feature, professionals have personal wallets that automatically track rewards earned from referrals and milestones. Funds are deposited automatically when eligibility rules are met.
Transparent Balance Tracking
Wallets track "Current Balance" (available) and "Lifetime Balance" (total earned). All transactions (deposits, withdrawals) are logged with timestamps and context links to the specific referral that generated the reward.
Integrated Redemption
Users can withdraw funds by generating gift cards instantly via AWS Incentive integration. The system handles the redemption lifecycle from claim code generation to usage tracking, providing a seamless incentive system for agents and staff.
