Previously, finding cases was difficult. With this feature, the dashboard provides powerful filters using AND/OR logic. Users can filter by status, stage, dates, people, tags, and flags simultaneously to find exactly what they need.
Dynamic Interface
Active filters appear as chips. Counter badges update in real-time to show how many cases match the criteria. Text search allows finding cases by ID, name, or address.
Persistent Preferences
The system remembers the user's last filters and stores them in the URL. This ensures that when a user returns to the dashboard, their preferred view is restored automatically.
