Order Searches Instantly - Automated Search Management
Previously, ordering searches required contacting providers individually and manual tracking. With this feature, users order searches directly from the case. The system automatically selects appropriate providers based on location and tracks the order status.
Automated Tracking
Search requests are tracked from "pending" to "completed." Users see status indicators for all ordered searches (Local Authority, Environmental, Drainage, etc.) in a dedicated section.
Result Attachment
When results are ready, the system downloads and attaches them to the case automatically. Notifications alert the user, ensuring that the conveyancing process continues without delay as soon as information is available.
