Never Miss a Deadline - Intelligent Follow-Up Reminders

Previously, tracking deadlines relied on external calendars or memory. With this feature, users can schedule follow-ups directly within cases. The system tracks the earliest upcoming task and displays it with a visual countdown timer that changes colour based on urgency.

Visual Urgency System

Badges turn from green (>7 days) to yellow, then red (<2 days) as deadlines approach. The timer shows human-readable time remaining (e.g., "3d 5h"). This dynamic visual feedback ensures that urgent cases stand out immediately on the dashboard.

Integrated Workflow

Follow-ups can be linked to specific notes, creating a context-rich task system. When a follow-up is completed or cancelled, the system automatically updates the referral to show the next earliest deadline, ensuring the user always knows their next priority.
