Previously, quoting was slow and manual. With this feature, the system automatically generates competitive quotes from eligible law firms seconds after a referral is created. It verifies contracts and calculates all fees (legal, referral, tax) automatically.
Standard and Fast Track
If available, the system generates both Standard and Fast Track quotes for comparison. Agents can review, edit, and send multiple quotes to clients in one action. The table view allows side-by-side comparison of fees and services.
Automated Status
Quotes move from "drafted" to "quoted" to "instructed" automatically. When a quote is selected, others are archived. This ensures clients get options quickly and the quoting process is completed in minutes.
