Post-Completion Made Simple - Automated Document Management

Previously, post-completion was disorganised and manual. With this feature, a dedicated workflow creates a structured set of tasks for required documents (Deeds, TR1, SDLT5, etc.) as soon as a transaction completes.

AI Auto-Categorisation

When documents are uploaded, AI analyses the filenames to categorise them automatically. If a document matches a required category, the associated task is marked complete instantly. This automation keeps the completion checklist up to date in real-time.

Compliance Tracking

Documents are organised in clear tabs with completion counts (e.g., "15/20 documents"). This makes it immediately clear what is missing. The system ensures one document per category to maintain a clean, compliant record of the completed transaction.
