Queue Your Work - Process Cases in Perfect Order
Previously, processing multiple cases meant constantly returning to the dashboard. With this feature, users can create "Playlists" of referrals. They select items from the dashboard and enter a "Queue Mode" to navigate through them sequentially.
Seamless Navigation
Once in a playlist, "Next" and "Previous" buttons appear on the case detail pages. Users can process a case, click Next, and immediately load the next case in the queue without losing context or returning to the list view.
Persistence and Progress
Playlists persist across sessions, so users can pause and resume later. The system tracks progress and allows users to reorder items in the queue on the fly, making batch processing systematic and highly efficient.
