Previously, notifications were generic. With this feature, companies can customise email templates for every system event (Quote Sent, Milestone Completed, etc.). Templates can be branded with company colours and logos to reinforce identity.

Dynamic Personalisation

Templates support dynamic content insertion for client names and case details. Conditional logic allows different content based on transaction type (e.g., Buyer vs. Seller messages). Companies can preview templates with sample data before saving.

Versioning and Fallbacks

The system maintains default templates as fallbacks. Template versioning allows companies to track changes over time. This ensures that all automated communications are professional, on-brand, and relevant to the specific client.
