Smart Notes with Role-Based Privacy - Communicate with Precision
Previously, notes lacked privacy controls, risking information leakage. With this feature, users can apply granular visibility settings to notes (e.g., [Agents Only], [Solicitors Only], [Private]). Backend enforcement ensures restricted notes are never seen by unauthorised users.
Unified Attachments
Files attached to notes are automatically reflected in the main Documents section, tagged and timestamped. This ensures a centralised document repository. Threaded replies inherit the visibility of the parent note, ensuring private conversations remain private.
Action Tracking
Users can mark notes with action types (Called, Emailed) and link them to follow-up schedules. This transforms notes from simple text into a complete communication and task management history.
