Extract Data from MOS Instantly - AI-Powered Document Processing
Previously, data from the Memorandum of Sale (MOS) had to be entered manually. With this feature, users upload the MOS (PDF/Image), and the system uses AI/OCR technology to automatically extract and populate transaction data.
Automated Extraction
The system identifies key info: address, price, deposit, names, and solicitor details. This data is used to populate the case fields automatically. For buyer transactions, it can even pre-fill Draft Contract Pack forms, saving hours of data entry.
Error Handling and Learning
Users can review and correct extracted data before applying it. The system tracks extraction status and allows manual override if needed. This significantly speeds up case setup and reduces human error in data entry.
