Passwordless Access & One-Click Instruction - Seamless Client Experience
Previously, clients struggled with creating accounts and remembering passwords. With this feature, clients receive secure "Magic Links" via email. These are cryptographically signed, time-limited tokens that log the client directly into their portal without a password.
Secure and Simple
Once logged in, clients can view quotes, pay fees, and instruct law firms immediately. The links expire automatically to ensure security. This removes friction from the instruction process, significantly reducing drop-off rates.
Instruction Workflow
For single or multiple transactions, clients can view quote details, add them to a basket, and pay securely via Stripe. The system handles the instruction status updates and notifications automatically, turning a complex process into a simple "click and pay" experience.
