Request Titles Automatically - Seamless Land Registry Integration

Previously, requesting title documents required manual forms and separate payments. With this feature, users can request official copies of title documents directly from the case with a single click. The system integrates with HM Land Registry to handle submission and payment automatically.

Automated Retrieval

The system validates property info and submits the request. It tracks the status (pending, processing) and, once available, automatically downloads the documents and attaches them to the case in the correct category.

Error Handling and Auditing

Users are notified if requests fail and can retry easily. All requests are logged with timestamps, providing a complete audit trail of when titles were requested and received, removing the need for manual tracking sheets.
