Generate Draft Contract Packs Automatically - Complete DCP Wizard
Previously, creating Draft Contract Packs (DCPs) required manually compiling contracts, zipping files, and drafting emails. With this feature, sellers' solicitors can create comprehensive DCPs through a guided wizard that handles contract generation, document selection, ZIP creation, and delivery automatically.
Automatic Contract Generation
The wizard collects data on buyer/seller details and property information, then uses Docspring templates to automatically generate a legal contract PDF. If data changes, the contract can be regenerated instantly, ensuring accuracy without manual re-typing.
Structured Bundling and Delivery
Users select supporting documents (Title, TA6, TA7, etc.), and the system organizes them into a structured ZIP file with clear folders. The wizard then allows the user to review and send the package via email, tracking the status from generation to delivery.
