Previously, setting up a new company required multiple steps across different sections and complex manual configuration. With this feature, administrators can create complete company setups through a unified flow that handles agencies, law firms, panel managers, and service companies.
Unified Creation Process
The system automatically creates both the unified Company record and the appropriate legacy record based on company type. It collects essential info like legal names and validates them for uniqueness. For law firms, it also configures capacity limits, Infotrack prefixes, and Land Registry credentials.
Configuration and Compatibility
Once created, companies can be immediately configured with branches, users, and services. The unified model ensures a consistent interface for all company types while maintaining backward compatibility with legacy models, ensuring data is structured correctly from day one.
