Previously, clients had to complete complex legal forms (CQ, TA6, TA7, TA10) as static PDFs, leading to errors and incomplete data. With this feature, clients are guided through these forms using interactive step-by-step wizards that break complex documents into manageable questions with clear instructions.
Smart Validation and Logic
The wizards use conditional logic to show or hide questions based on previous answers (e.g., hiding leasehold questions for freehold properties). The system validates responses in real-time, ensuring required fields are completed and data formats are correct before submission.
Progress Tracking and Storage
Clients can save and resume their progress. Once submitted, the data is automatically converted into PDF documents and attached to the case. The system tracks completion status to trigger the next steps in the onboarding workflow, ensuring efficient data collection.
