Customise Client Care Letters & Terms - Complete Document Personalisation
Previously, Client Care Letters (CCL) and Terms of Business (TOB) used static templates that couldn't adapt to different transaction types. With this feature, companies can customise templates with conditional logic that shows or hides sections based on transaction characteristics, ensuring documents are tailored to each client.
Conditional Logic
Templates support "if" conditions that evaluate transaction type, client type, and property characteristics. For example, leasehold obligations only appear for leasehold transactions. Conditions can be combined using AND/OR logic to create sophisticated rules that adapt intelligently to each case.
Dynamic Content Insertion
The system automatically inserts client names, property addresses, and transaction details into the documents. When generated, the system evaluates all conditions to include only relevant sections, ensuring the final document is clean, compliant, and legally accurate without manual editing.
