Update Hundreds at Once - Powerful Bulk Operations
Previously, updating multiple transactions required opening each one individually, which was time-consuming and error-prone. With this feature, users can select multiple transactions using checkboxes and apply the same update to all of them simultaneously, supporting updates for priority, status, stage, and follow-ups.
Smart Selection and Processing
The system supports "Select All" functionality that handles exclusions efficiently. It intelligently processes small batches (≤30 transactions) synchronously for immediate feedback, and large batches (>30 transactions) asynchronously via background jobs to prevent system timeouts.
Permissions and Feedback
The system validates permissions for each selected referral, skipping those the user cannot edit to prevent errors. Users receive immediate success messages for small batches or notifications for large background batches, ensuring consistent updates across hundreds of records in seconds.
