Users can be assigned specific roles depending on the company type (e.g., Lead Handler for Agencies, Conveyancer for Law Firms). The system automatically creates the appropriate user profile and validates email uniqueness, ensuring the organizational structure is correct from the start.

Once created, users receive an automated invitation email containing a magic link for passwordless first-time access. This allows new team members to start working immediately with their profile automatically associated with the correct company and permissions.
