Create Leads in Minutes - Your Complete Referral Wizard
Previously, creating referrals meant navigating fragmented forms and manual data entry. With this feature, users create referrals through an intuitive multi-step wizard (Property, Clients, Transaction, Details) that guides them through every aspect of lead creation.
Intelligent Data Capture
The wizard uses postcode lookups for addresses and Companies House lookups for corporate clients. For sale and purchase transactions, it intelligently creates two linked referrals that share client data. Visual progress indicators allow users to navigate back and forth to refine details.
Auto-Save and Validation
The system auto-saves progress so work is never lost. It validates critical fields (like contact methods) to ensure the referral is complete before submission. This eliminates follow-up corrections and ensures the lead is ready for immediate quoting.
